Amanda Feilding is the Founder and Executive Director of the Beckley Foundation. She has been called the ‘hidden hand’ behind the Renaissance of Psychedelic Science, and her contribution to the advancement of psychedelic research and global drug policy has been pivotal and widely acknowledged.

James Donald Charteris, 13th Earl of Wemyss and 9th Earl of March, DL is a Scottish nobleman. He went to Oxford (BA 1969, MA 1974), obtaining a DPhil from St Antony’s College in 1975.

Antony founded a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, Arcotech Biochem Ltd., in India 2010. Arcotech has a partnership with the Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences, Delhi, researching anti-infective drugs. Antony has an interest in energy technology and a background in the arts, having previously worked in journalism and broadcasting.

Dr. José Ramón López-Portillo Romano is an academic, entrepreneur, diplomat, consultant and public servant from Mexico.
In the Government of Mexico he was General Director and, later, Vice-minister of Programming and Budget.
In international diplomacy, he was elected Independent Chairman of the FAO Council of the United Nations. Previously, he was the Permanent Representative of Mexico to the United Nations agencies in Rome, Italy, and was elected to various international positions.
An economist by training, Dr. López-Portillo has a DPhil (Ph.D.) in Political Science from the University of Oxford, where he has worked on various academic projects, notably as co-founder and coordinator of the Center for Mexican Studies.
Dr. López-Portillo has been an advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico for science and innovation and has advised the Government of Mexico on the problems of rapid technological change and its socio-economic impact.
The Secretary General of the United Nations named him a member of the Group of Ten Experts in support of the Technology Facilitation Mechanism, through which he has made significant contributions to the UN 2030 Agenda on the “Impact of rapid technological change on the achievement of the Goals of Sustainable Development”. He was re-nominated to this position May 2021. He was also nominated fellow of the International Science Council, the highest honour that the body can confer, to recognise individuals whose contributions have, and can in future, support the ISC’s mission to be the global voice for, and of, science and to advance science as a public good.

He is the former Director of Harrod’s of Knightsbridge and the former director of Ritz Hotel Paris; CEO of Earth Space Technical Ecosystem Enterprises, which aims to develop ecologically and economically optimized methods of living within Earth’s Biosphere; co-founder and CEO of EarthX, a data visualization and mapping company based on NASA’s World Wind Project; chairman of Biotecture, a provider of modular green wall systems that has built large-scale living walls for buildings including 20 Fenchurch Street (commonly known as the ‘Walkie-Talkie’); a fellow of the Institute of Ecotechnics, an educational, training and research charity with a special interest in ecotechnology, conservation, and heritage; and chairman of Synergetic Press, an independent publishing house specializing in ecology, consciousness, and anthropology.
