Amanda Feilding has a vibrant and longstanding friendship with the late Alexander (Sasha) Shulgin and his wife Ann. Dr Shulgin was a founder member of the Beckley Foundation’s Scientific Advisory Board, and his pioneering psychopharmacological research with Ann has been an inspiring and influential facet of Amanda’s own pioneering psychedelic research endeavours and her quest to improve global drug policy.
The Shulgin Archive First Fundraising Campaign from Shulgin Archive on Vimeo.
“The Shulgin Archive supports research into the ethical implementation of psychedelics as an aid to psychotherapy and other important areas of consciousness studies through the following platforms: administered digital access to the psychopharmacological research of Alexander Shulgin and Ann Shulgin and select members of the psychedelic research community; collaboration with other institutions investigating therapeutic application of psychedelic compounds; and educational advocacy and professional development for psychotherapists centered on self-reflective, human-based, qualitative research methods.”
